Bereaved Parents' Rights Act
Introduced by Rep. Kat Cammack, the Bereaved Parents' Rights Act would ensure that parents receive clear information about their options following a miscarriage or stillbirth. The legislation gives families an opportunity to make deeply personal decisions about the burial or cremation of their child's remains and requires hospitals and freestanding birth centers to respect a parent's written choice in accordance with state law.
The Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act
Introduced by Representative Michelle Fischbach (MN-07), the Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act protects states' ability to use Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funding to support pregnancy resource centers and other organizatins that provide practical assistance to pregnant women, new mothers, fathers, and families.
Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act
Introduced by Rep. Ann Wagner, the Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act would require that a child born alive following an abortion or attempted abortion receive the same degree of medical care provided to any other child born at the same gestational age. The bill sets out specific duties for health care practitioners, requires prompt hospital admission and reporting of violations, and establishes consequences when those duties are not met.
Adoption Deserves Oversight, Protection, and Transparency (ADOPT) Act
The ADOPT Act is bipartisan legislation led by Sen. Katie Britt and Sen. Amy Klobuchar to strengthen protections in the private domestic adoption process. The bill establishes clear national standards to prevent exploitation by unlicensed intermediaries and ensure that adoptive families, children, and expectant mothers are supported by qualified, licensed professionals.
COPPA 2.0
Led by Rep. Laurel Lee with Rep. Tim Walberg, the Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act, H.R. 6291, known as COPPA 2.0, would update federal privacy protections for children and teenagers. The legislation addresses how websites, online services, and mobile apps collect, use, retain, and share young people's personal information. It would give families greater control over that information and prohibit its use for advertising targeted to an individual child or teen.
Protecting Families from Fertility Fraud Act
Introduced by Rep. Stephanie Bice, The Protecting Families from Fertility Fraud Act establishes federal criminal penalties for individuals who knowingly misrepresent the nature or source of DNA used in assisted reproductive technology procedures. The Protection of Women in Olympic and Amateur Sports Act

Greg Steube (FL-17), the Protection of Women in Olympic and Amateur Sports Act protects the integrity of women's athletics by ensuring that amateur sports governing bodies preserve fair competition and equal opportunities for female athletes. This legislation amends to Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act to clarify that biological males may not compete in athletic events designated for women and girls.
